School Overview
Eaton Arrowsmith School Vancouver (EAS) is part of a larger set of private schools and learning centers in British Columbia, Canada, and in Washington State that offer the Arrowsmith Program. The Arrowsmith Program, used in 100 schools around the world, is based in neuroplasticity, which is the ability of the brain to essentially rewire itself with training.
About the Arrowsmith Program
Supported by 40 years of experience, the Arrowsmith Program links neuroplasticity and education by demonstrating that it is possible for individuals to strengthen the weak brain functions underlying their learning difficulties through an individualized program of specific cognitive exercises. This transforms our students’ lives by bringing them greater independence and increased cognitive, social, and academic abilities.
With all of this comes greater school, career, and relationship options and successes than they ever previously believed were possible.
EAS Vancouver has students from grade 1 to grade 12, and our students stay with us for three years on average to achieve the necessary amount of cognitive change. After completing their Arrowsmith Program, students transition back into the educational system or school of their choosing.

OUR UNIQUE PROGRAMS
At Eaton Arrowsmith, students complete a series of cognitive exercises to help them strengthen their brains and address the weaknesses that cause their learning difficulties. Our schools operate on the principle of neuroplasticity – the brain’s ability to strengthen over time with targeted training. This sets us apart from other schools for students with learning difficulties. We don’t teach children, teens and adults to work around their weaknesses. Instead, we help them address them.
Over a 35-year history, Arrowsmith graduates have returned to public and private schools and the workforce with an increased ability to learn. Our students go on to complete university degrees, find employment in their chosen fields and pursue their dreams.
