Important Website Update for All Job Seekers

Makeafuture.ca has undergone a face lift. We've refreshed the website to make it easier to find the information you need to start a career in BC education.
On the site, you can still search for jobs, find out who's hiring in your community, and learn about the various careers in BC education. One significant change we've made is that we've moved the "Find A Job" button. You can't miss it; it's the big green button at the top of the page.

Where you'll notice the biggest change is when you visit the site on your smartphone or tablet. The new design will make it easier for you to navigate the site and search for jobs on your mobile device.

In the next few months you can expect to see even more changes. We're working on improving the job search and online application system to better suit your needs.

Make a Future was created in 2008 as a joint initiative among the BC Public School Employers' Association, 60 Boards of Education, and the BC Ministry of Education. Makeafuture.ca is the official job board for BC public school districts and Independent First Nations Schools. The website features hundreds of job opportunities in teaching, leadership, management, and support roles in BC schools.
